You can redeem anytime on the Rewards Shop or via your Subaru Rewards app. Simply log in with your email address and password to make a redemption. If you don’t know your password, give us a call and we can reset it for you.

To download the app, visit the Google Play or App Store and search ‘Subaru Rewards’. Login using your email address and click ‘reset password’ to be emailed a link to finalise set up.
Yes! You can use a combination of points and cash with our Points + Pay payment option. You will be prompted to top up at the checkout. Mastercard, Visa credit card and valid debit cards are accepted.

Points risk expiry three years after the date they were issued. We will advise you of your points that risk expiry via your Subaru Rewards email updates and redemption emails, so be sure to check your inbox.
